Fit Friday – No Gym Abs

I am THRILLED to kick off our FIT FRIDAY SERIES!! My passion for health and wellness started at an early age. I was an avid athlete my entire life and started living the Colorado lifestyle from the day I was born. After college, while Love Grown was still in its early ideation phase, I pursued my passion for fitness and nutrition and became a Certified Pilates Instructor, Certified Nutritional Consultant, and Certified Massage Therapist. When Love Grown first started to take off, I was teaching Pilates Mat and Reformer classes daily and working with clients on nutrition programs. Today, I no longer teach Pilates or work with clients; however, my passion for health and fitness has continued to grow and I am excited to start sharing some of my favorite workout routines with you every Friday!

Do this series three times.
Combine it with 20-40minutes of interval cardio for a complete workout!
