Happy National Piña Colada Day!! Celebrate with a healthy, non-alcoholic version of the popular island drink! This recipe couldn’t be any easier… or any more delicious!

 

Silk Coconut Milk, Love Grown Oat Clusters and Pineapple with Healthy, Dairy-Free Virgin Piña Colada Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Ripe mango, peeled and diced (no pit)
1 Cup diced pineapple (can add more, if desired)
1 Cup Silk Coconut Milk
2 Cups Ice Cubes
1 Cup Simply Oats Oat Clusters

Directions

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Top with Simply Oats Oat Clusters for some extra fiber and a delicious crunch!
Garnish with pineapple slices, if desired.
