We are huge fans of beans! They are high in fiber, filled with protein and so versatile. When we were developing our cereals, we saw the opportunity to use these power-packed ingredients as an alternative to wheat, making our cereals naturally gluten-free and higher in protein.
According to New Hope Network, a new study by University of Copenhagen’s Department of Nutrition has found that thanks to the combo of protein and fiber, meals with beans and peas are more satiating than meals with meat.
