Strawberry Shortcake Bites
These Strawberry Shortcake Bites from Running Girl Health made with our Strawberry Power O’s are a perfect power-packed snack! Quick, easy, and totally delicious!
- 1 cup Strawberry Power O’s
- 1/4 cup vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup Almond Butter or Sunflower Butter
- 2 or 3 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup crushed Strawberry Power O’s (save for the end to roll bites)
- In a food-processor, combine all of the ingredients except the 1/4 cup of crushed cereal.
- Once well mixed, form into balls (using about 1 tablespoon for each bite) and then roll bites in crushed Power O’s for an extra crunch!
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
