Super Oats Donuts
Super Oats Chocolate Chip Donuts
These donuts are healthy spin on a classic and they packed with protein, fiber, and vitamins- add some Fruity Sea Stars for a little crunch and extra fiber boost! Best of all, they are gluten free and vegan!!
Yields 6 donuts
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 6 hole donut pan.
- Mix all dry ingredients together; slowly mix in milk, vanilla and applesauce.
- Add the chocolate chips you have not already eaten into the mixture. Yum!
- Fill donut pan and bake for 15 minutes; let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
