On her bucket list… I’ve got too many to mention….but here are a few at the top of my list!

    – To qualify for and run the Boston Marathon

– Travel to as many places as possible

– Learn how to play the guitar

– See the Northern Lights

– Attend a yoga/surfing retreat

– Inspire


Favorite ingredient to cook with… It’s so hard to choose one!  I think I’d have to say chickpeas because they are so versatile.  I use them in veggie burgers, dips, salads, and even desserts!
