On her bucket list… I’d love to go to Italy, have a real garden, get my kids through high school and college safely, buy a small cottage, more sun dresses and retire to the beach

Favorite ingredient to cook with… Seasonal fruits & veggies

Doesn’t leave home without… A healthy snack in my purse (I’m always hungry, a hoodie (I’m always cold), my camera (I’m always seeing something to take a picture of)

Favorite book… Wow,  that’s hard. I love non-fiction adventure-survivor stories like Endurance (Shackleton’s Incredible Voyage), Unbroken
