Favorite way to enjoy the LOVE… Oat Clusters with almond milk!

Favorite 3 flavors of LOVE… Sweet Cranberry Pecan Oat Clusters, Super Oats Nuts & Seds, Chocolate Power O’s.

Three things she does to stay healthy… Go for a quick, fast walk as many mornings as I can before breakfast, eat a high protein breakfast, and drink tons of water!

Her mantra… Food is medicine.

On her bucket list… Get married (I just got engaged!! woohoo)

Favorite ingredient to cook with… Avocado. It makes everything taste better.

Doesn’t leave home without… My iPhone. 

Favorite book… The Glass Castle (I love books that transport you away from everyday life and Jeanette Walls books are great for that)
