Three things she does to stay healthy… I try to move my body every single day by either walking, stretching, hiking, running or doing a workout/group fitness class, I drink TONS of water, and I make decisions that truly make me happy.
Her mantra… “You are only one workout away from a good mood.” I love this mantra because it is so true! It doesn’t have to be an intense workout, if I’m feeling down sometimes I just need to take a walk outside and I feel so much more clarity after.
On her bucket list… Traveling the world, starting my own family, gosh…the list could go on!
Favorite ingredient to cook with… I absolutely love experimenting with all types of veggies. They are so versatile and truly represent the season and the environment you are cooking in. I love it!
Doesn’t leave home without… My planner…gotta have it always!
Favorite book… For fun, I love “The Hunger Games” series, for health and fitness I love “Accidentally Overweight” by Dr. Libby
