1/3 cup Super Oats (either variety)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup egg whites
½ cup water
toppings of choice
1. In microwave safe bowl, combine Super Oats, cinnamon, egg whites, and water. Mix well.
2. Microwave on high—stirring every minute—for about 3 minutes or until cooked.
3. Top with the toppings of your choice and enjoy
