Fit Friday – 20min Interval Elliptical Workout

I am a huge fan of interval workouts–not only can they burn more calories, but they also keep me from getting bored. This is one of my go-to cardio workouts. During the “go medium-hard” segments you should be breathing hard and challenging yourself to go fast, the equivalent of running (but not quite sprinting). Follow this with one of my strength training routines for a complete workout!
