Fit Friday – Full Body Bosu Ball Workout

The Bosu Ball is one of my favorite pieces of workout equipment. It is so versatile and there are hundreds of exercises that you can do with it.
*If you want to add more cardio to this workout, do the first exercise (Bounce Overs) after every other exercise.
