Fit Friday – Yoga for Good Posture


I loved teaming up with Wendy from @bendsandbites for this Fit Friday yoga series! These poses are great for posture, and focus on opening your shoulders and hips. Hold each pose for two full breath cycles. I highly recommend doing this series after long days of travel. And I also want to make a shout out to Soybu for providing the outfits!
