Makes 15 Bite-Sized Balls
8 Pitted Medjool Dates
1/2 Cup Nuts & Seeds Super Oats
1/2 Cup Creamy Nut Butter (we used Crazy Richard’s Creamy Peanut Butter)
2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
2 Tsp. Almond Extract
Small Bowl of Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
Mix the pitted dates, nut butter, Super Oats, chia seeds, shredded coconut and almond extract together in a food processor until they form a dough-like consistency. Form the mixture into bite-sized balls. Roll each ball in the bowl of Hemp Hearts until fully coated on all sides. Store energy balls (if any manage to survive uneaten!) in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
