1 – 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 1/2 cups chopped frozen mango or pineapple
1/2 ripe frozen banana, chopped
2-3 cups baby spinach or kale
1-2 teaspoons honey or pure
maple syrup (optional)
1/4 cup Oat Clusters (any variety)
1. In a blender, place 1 cup milk, mango, banana, and spinach.
2. Blend until thick and smooth, adding more milk if needed.
3. Blend in honey or maple syrup (optional).
5. Pour smoothie into a bowl, top with Oat Clusters of choice and enjoy.
For an extra hydrating twist, blend with half milk and half coconut water. For more healthy fats, add 1 tablespoon of nut butter or 1-2 tablespoons of hemp seeds.
