Strawberry Shortcake Bites

These Strawberry Shortcake Bites from Running Girl Health made with our Strawberry Power O’s are a perfect power-packed snack! Quick, easy, and totally delicious!


  • 1 cupĀ Strawberry Power O’s
  • 1/4 cupĀ vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup Almond Butter or Sunflower Butter
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed Strawberry Power O’s (save for the end to roll bites)


  1. In a food-processor, combine all of the ingredients except the 1/4 cup of crushed cereal.
  2. Once well mixed, form into balls (using about 1 tablespoon for each bite) and then roll bites in crushed Power O’s for an extra crunch!
  3. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
