Super Oats Banana Cookie Clusters

Super Oats Banana Breakfast Cookies make a perfect quick breakfast or in-between-meals snack to keep your metabolism going! They have the perfect amount of sweetness balanced with nutritional goodness. Super Oats Nuts & Seeds already have quinoa, amaranth, chia, almonds, pumpkin seeds and flax seeds in them–so you don’t need to worry about adding in other sources of protein or fiber. Make them the night before to pack in your lunch or freeze for easy access to a quick, last minute on-the-go power snack throughout the week! Keep them simple with just two ingredients or add in chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, coconut flakes or dried cranberries to add a little more sweetness or to satisfy a chocolate craving!


  • 2 Ripe bananas (the other and mushier, the better!)
  • 1 Cup Super Oats Nuts & Seeds
  • Optional: 1/3 Cup vegan chocolate chips, dried cranberries, coconut flakes or other healthy add-ins of your choice!


  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Spray cookie sheet.
  • Mash banana and mix in oats in a bowl.
  • Stir in white chocolate chips, dried cranberries, vanilla, or any other add-ins of your choice!
  • Place small (1 inch) spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and press down with a fork.
  • Bake for 15-25 minutes (depending on oven) or until golden brown around edges.
  • Transfer from cookie sheet to cooling rack and enjoy.

Yields 12-14 cookies.
