Three things she does to stay healthy… Eat the rainbow (variety of colors for fruits/veggies every day), Run & spend some time every day outside.

On her bucket list… Live as an ex-pat for at least one year (doesn’t matter where or when!).

Favorite ingredient to cook with… Eggs! They’re so versatile, healthy and tasty.
