The New Superfood Trend: Bean…Cereal?




Joining the likes of kale, blueberries and goji berries, beans are quickly gaining attention as an important superfood to add to your diet. According to a new study published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal, just a half-cup serving of beans was shown to lower levels of bad cholesterol.
