No Bake Super Oats Energy Bites



These SUPER tasty no bake energy bites made with Super Oats will help get you through your day and quench any sweet tooth! Most energy bites call for adding flax or chia but our Super Oats Nuts & Seeds already have quinoa, amaranth, chia, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds AND flax seeds! Our Super Oat energy bites are packed full of nutritious goodies and oh so delicious! Oh, and super easy to make!


1 cup Super Oats Nuts & Seeds (Simply Pure works too!)

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/3 cup of honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator. Let this chill for about 30 minutes or so. Once the mixture is chilled roll into balls of any size. We like ours to be bite size! Make bites until all the mixture is gone and store them covered in your fridge! Pop one or two into your mouth when you need a little energy pick me up!
