Shipping policy
We currently ship orders within the contiguous United States and do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We also do not ship to APO/FPO through our site but if you'd like a shipment to an APO/FPO, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Orders ship from our warehouse in Maryland. We use a combination of FedEx ground, USPS and DHL shipping for all orders shipping to physical addresses. P.O. Boxes are shipped using USPS. For P.O Boxes, make sure to format your box correctly to prevent any shipping or delivery issues.
We do our best to fulfill orders within 48 business hours. If you have any concerns about the status of your order, please contact us.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has been fulfilled, we do not have the ability to request changes so please confirm all of your shipping details are correct prior to submitting your order.
While you wait, rest assured that all carbon produced from your order will be offset by us. We're committed to carbon neutral shipping.
Shipping Costs:
Orders over $50 will always ship free. Orders between $35-$49.99 have a $6.95 shipping & handling fee and orders less than $35 have a $9.95 shipping & handling fee.
Shipping Timelines:
Most orders generally take 2-7 days to arrive after the order has shipped. Please, note that orders sent to P.O. boxes are sent through USPS which can extend delivery timeframes.
You can update your default shipping address at any time by signing into your Hive account. You can also confirm your up-to -date shipping address each time you place an order.
We’ve all sent something to the wrong address. If you already placed an order and need to update the shipping address, reach out to us. We’ll do our best to correct it.

If you need to make a return, you will need to pay for return shipping based on the size, weight, and dimensions of the package. We make it easy by allowing you to select your own return method. Please, make sure to review our return policy located in our FAQs for eligibility.
