The best things come in bottles. Wine. Perfume. Secret messages from Sting. We think the all-time best might be this dense, oh-so-dark balsamic vinegar, aged in oak for a delightfully tart sweetness.

Why We Love It

Balsamic vinegar is all about concentration. Organic Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes are cooked, fermented, then aged in oak barrels for maximum concentration of flavor, and Enzo is concentrating on producing the best, homegrown flavor on the market today. No matter what we're drizzling it on or mixing it with, we love watching this dark, glossy vinegar flow out of its tall glass bottle. And we love concentrating on its sweet, slightly fruity taste.

How to Use

Drizzle on top of vanilla ice cream for a to-die-for blend of sugary and savory.

Recycling

The glass bottle is curbside recyclable. The lid can be recycled curbside, as well, but sorted into a can of the same metal type (you can use a magnet to determine). The plastic pour spout is recyclable through TerraCycle by following our special instructions.

These are general guidelines for broadly-recyclable materials. Check with your local recycler to confirm what they take.
