Yes, our cereals are made from beans and brown rice, which are naturally gluten free. Plus, we're certified by the Gluten Intolerance Group.

Are your cereals allergen-friendly?

We do not use any of the top 9 allergens as ingredients in our cereals (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, or sesame).

Our cereals are made in a facility that also processes products containing these allergens. Because of that, we follow strict cleaning and allergen-control procedures before our products are made. While these controls are designed to prevent cross-contact, we want to be fully transparent that the facility does handle other allergens.

Is Love Grown certified Organic?

While Love Grown cereals are not currently organically certified, we went a step further and are the only cereal certified by the Clean Label Project. This independent non-profit organization rigorously tests our cereals for contaminants like heavy metals, pesticides, and plasticizers, and we meet their strict safety standards. Organic certification is costly, and while it offers some assurance, it only certifies the farming practices and not the finished products.

I have been enjoying them

I have been enjoying them. I mix it with some of the other flavors and add fruit and almond milk. I'm thinking about adding them to some breakfast bars next. I appreciate the crunch and the limited ingredients.

Favorite breakfast

One of the few things I will eat in the morning because it is a bean based cereal. I will mix with it a dry cereal that has rice in it... beans & rice = complete protein.

My new favorite cereal

I love how light and healthy these cereals are. Cereals that are not ultra processed and full of good ingredients. But taste matters, and I’ve been unable to choke down some healthy foods that simply weren’t palatable. These cereals are delicious, and the cinnamon is my new favorite! I am not always a fan of cinnamon flavored foods and was unsure about placing the bulk order for these, but I’m so glad I took the chance.

All flavors of this cereal has a quite beany aftertaste. One kid likes the chocolate the other likes the cinnamon. I can tolerate either for trying to get some good ingredients into a dairy intolerant kid, not terrible but not my favorite cereal.
