Yes, our cereals are made from beans and brown rice, which are naturally gluten free. Plus, we're certified by the Gluten Intolerance Group.

Are your cereals allergen-friendly?

We do not use any of the top 9 allergens as ingredients in our cereals (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, or sesame).

Our cereals are made in a facility that also processes products containing these allergens. Because of that, we follow strict cleaning and allergen-control procedures before our products are made. While these controls are designed to prevent cross-contact, we want to be fully transparent that the facility does handle other allergens.

Is Love Grown certified Organic?

While Love Grown cereals are not currently organically certified, we went a step further and are the only cereal certified by the Clean Label Project. This independent non-profit organization rigorously tests our cereals for contaminants like heavy metals, pesticides, and plasticizers, and we meet their strict safety standards. Organic certification is costly, and while it offers some assurance, it only certifies the farming practices and not the finished products.

Comet Crispies were the best

Why did you stop producing Comet Crispies. The were so good. Why does a company stop producing a great cereal?? Did they cost too much to produce? I have read the reviews on the chocolate replacement and it doesn't seem great. Please bring back the Crispies.

Chocostars very different from Comet Crispies

These Chocostars are not a replacement for the old Comet Crispies. The taste and texture are very different. The Chocostars are hard, not crispy, and don’t soften in milk. The flavor is also different. These are on the same page as the reviews for the Comet Crispies so I assumed they were a replacement and bought 7 boxes. They will be donated to our food pantry, as I had to force myself to finish the first bowl. It would be great if the actual Comet Crispies cereal could be brought back.
