it's a medium roast with no bitterness. I brew them 2 times at 8oz each in my Keurig and the taste is not weak coffee.
The half-caff coffee was delicious and I feel so good about everything being compostable and no micro-plastics going into my body!

The Coffee is fabulous, but the shipping is waaaaaay out of bounds time wise. I would rather pay more for Fabula than deal with the Mickey Mouse shipping service. It takes 14 or more days for an order to arrive. That tells me that I am financing this business cause it either drop ships the orders, or has to pay upfront for their inventory. They picked a very unreliable shipping company/method and will pay for it through attrition. Too bad for them. The coffee cannot make up for turtle speed delivery. Oh and you can't cancel your subscription even if you follow their directions, The only cancel you can find does not let you actually cancel.
