What makes our cereals unique is how simple and intentional the ingredient lists are. The first two ingredients in every cereal are our proprietary bean blend and brown rice flour—nothing artificial or engineered.

Power O’s Original has just four ingredients: our bean blend, brown rice flour, salt, and vitamin E (for freshness).

Our flavored cereals—like chocolate, cinnamon, and fruity—add only a few more essentials such as cane sugar, cocoa or cinnamon, natural flavors, and a touch of salt. For color in our Fruity cereal, we use real vegetable extracts. We also use sunflower lecithin, a natural emulsifier made from sunflower seeds through a gentle, chemical-free process.

We do not use any of the top 9 allergens as ingredients in our cereals (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, or sesame).

Our cereals are made in a facility that also processes products containing these allergens. Because of that, we follow strict cleaning and allergen-control procedures before our products are made. While these controls are designed to prevent cross-contact, we want to be fully transparent that the facility does handle other allergens.
